Robert Pelio
Robert Pelio, a former police chief, is a licensed private investigator with more than 25 years experience in law enforcement and private investigation. He is prominent in the investigative field and supported by a network of exceptional professionals.
Mr. Pelio is seasoned professional investigator with a wealth of experience:
- He has several years of experience as a senior detective handling child sexual abuse and exploitation cases. Mr. Pelio was instrumental in the prosecution and conviction of sex offenders.
- He is a former Police Chief

- He is a consultant for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
- He has served as an expert witness in police procedure and collecting evidence

Mr. Pelio has received honors and recognition during his outstanding career:
- American Red Cross Certificate of Merit—for saving the life of a man using CPR.
- Certificate of Recognition for Heroism and Professionalism (Selectman)—for capturing an armed felon who had just committed an armed robbery.
- International Association of Chiefs of Police Service Award and Parade Magazine (National)—nomination for felony drug arrests and child abuse.
- Exemplary Service Award (National)—from the Law Enforcement Television Network for aiding abused children and felony drug interdiction arrests.
- Meritorious Police Duty Award (Selectman)—for the apprehension of a gas station robbery suspect.
- Partners in Justice Award from Women’s Crisis Service—for support and assistance to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Meritorious Selectman’s Award - for solving a residential arson case.
- Profiled on the Maury Povich Show—for arrest (135 counts) of a father who had repeatedly sexually assaulted his daughter.

Carol Lee
In 2006, Carol Lee, an expert at finding missing persons and skiptraces, collaborated with Robert Pelio to form Pelio & Lee Investigations. Carol had worked for a nationwide finance company and now performs volume locates for a nationally known database company “Merlin Information Systems” to locate persons that have skipped out on judgments, payments, child/spousal support, etc. Carol has a proven record of accomplishment of locating people who do not wish to be found.
Carol Lee is a seasoned professional investigator with a wealth of experience:

Carol is also an expert in surveilely persons whether it is physical surveillance or using GPS or by other means, and has been successful in many investigations and legal conclusions.
